Nutritionist and Professional Fitness Model- Becca Moore

Hey I’m Becca, I’m a nutritionist, trainer, professional fitness model & soon to be gym owner. I am currently working full-time helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through our coaching business Against the Grain Strength & Conditioning and I absolutely love what I do. Nutrition is my passion. I’ve had a love for it ever since I was in high school. I always wanted to know which foods contained what nutrients and how those nutrients affected the body and its functions. Now I believe in a very sustainable approach to nutrition as I find this leads to long term success towards your ultimate goals. Keeping the plan nutritious but also delicious, including foods that you love, is the key to sticking to it.  Another major part of my life is competing as a fitness model. I did my first comp in 2017 and my love for it has only grown since then. I became a pro fitness model in 2018 when I competed and won the Ms Fitness Australia Amateur Show. Following that I have won the Ms Fitness Australia Pro Show as a fitness model in 2019 & 2020. In 2019 I was also blessed with the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas, America and compete in the world titles coming away with a 5th place.

Coach and Musculoskeletal Therapist - Kahn Stephenson

Hi my name is Kahn. I’m a sports nutritionist, coach, musculoskeletal therapist, powerlifter & soon opening a strength gym “Zero Weakness Mackay”. My love for training and nutrition, stemmed from a strong athletic background growing up, which naturally guided me into a career within the health and performance industry.   My favourite quote is, “The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit”. Achieving your goals is not an overnight thing. You have to plant the seed, fertilise, water and nurture it into a healthy, strong plant before it bares fruit for you to enjoy. This is the same with your body and this is what I preach to my clients. My goal within our company and practice, is to continue to aid in the development of all the athletes we work with to the absolutes that have previously been seen as unachievable, and to aid in the natural linear progression that every day people go through as they embark into their first competition.  I now compete as a national level powerlifter. My last comp saw me Squat 315kg, Deadlift 305kg & Bench Press 190kg. I plan to compete at nationals again in July this year and I’m currently putting in the work to well and truly beat these lifts at that comp.

Renae Kunst

Born and raised in Mackay, QLD, Renae Kunst and her family have long been affiliated with rugby league, naturally leading her to a career in the game. With an older brother playing through to QLD Cup level, an inspired Renae played a couple of sessions with the boys at 10 and 11 years old before picking up the sport again in high school when she could play in the schoolgirls competition."Playing in the schoolgirls competition got me to where I am today – playing for the Maroons and for my country as a Jillaroo, making memories that will last a lifetime," said Renae.Inspired by players such as Alfie Langer and Dallas Johnson, Renae wanted to build her game around showing courage, a second-to-none work-rate and team attitude. It was these values that saw Renae qualify to represent Queensland and Australia, playing for the Maroons and Jillaroos since 2007 and 2008 respectively.Renee retired from professional rugby league in 2017, however her impact is greater than the time she spent on the footy field. Renae became a NRL Ambassador in 2015, complementing her work as a Voice Against Violence Ambassador and NRL Game Development Officer where she delivers the NRL's important grassroots and community programs.
